ELF was founded in 1986 by 12 business executives who shared a common concern for the downward slide of ethics in our country, and the lack of a standard of values for ETHICAL
DECISION MAKING.
Our main purpose is to promote ETHICS in business and society, based on ABSOLUTE PRINCIPLES... the basis for the free enterprise system in our country... Principles that are time
tested and proven to:
- Shape Goals and Results
- Increase Bottom Line Profitability
- Build Team Harmony
- Provide a Measure for Accountability
- Give Daily Guidance and Direction for Ethical Decision Making
- Result in Increased Profitability
The efforts of ELF have been recognized worldwide and broadly commended. Personal recommendations include Former President George Bush, Former
Governor Joe Frank Harris of Georgia, Dr. Richard Halverson, Chaplain of the U.S. Senate, and Dr. Frederik Philips, retired Chairman of the Philips Corporation, the Netherlands.
